  22. This is the business world. The Amiga will die of its own accord if the
  23. laws of natural selection hold up. The situation in Europe is different 
  24. then in the North America. Commodore had more presense in Europe and more
  25. recognition. 
  26. Athough the system is currently outdated, take into account the 2+ year
  27. period of inactivity in development. Certain aspects of the system are
  28. still better than that what is out there (i.e. OS kernal, graphic chipset)
  29. in the way of managing its resources and making the best of what it has.

  31. On the other hand, if this was two years ago, the same could be said for
  32. MS-Windows 3.x. It was a kludge of DOS and Windows, pre-emptive 
  33. multitasking, no plug-and-play, and a resource hog. Of course Win95 does
  34. need 16MB memory to realistically operate efficiently and 40MB hard drive
  35. space just for the OS. If it was two years ago, Windows3.1 should have 
  36. been dead.

  38. Let nature take its course, if the Amiga is intended to die, it will.
  39. There is no need to anybody to be jumping into a newsgroup they don't like
  40. just for spite. (and jealousy)
